Human CCL27 (C-C motif ligand 27; also known as CTACK, ILC) is an 88-amino-acid CC chemokine constitutively expressed by keratinocytes. CCL27 binds CCR10 to attract CLA+ memory T cells to inflamed skin. CCL27 is critical for T cell homing in psoriasis and contact dermatitis. These interactions highlight CCL27's role in cutaneous immunity.
