Human CCL14(3-74) (C-C motif ligand 14(3-74)) is a 72-amino-acid intermediate form of CCL14, a CC chemokine constitutively expressed in liver, spleen, and bone marrow, generated by partial N-terminal processing. It exhibits moderate CCR1/CCR5 activity, stronger than CCL14 but weaker than CCL14(9-74). Binds ACKR1 and ACKR2. Serves as a transitional activated state in inflammatory fluids.
